Premium CCTV & Alarms – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Premium CCTV & Alarms. By booking an installation or purchasing any of our products or services, you agree to the following terms.


1. Quotes & Pricing

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days.
  • Prices may change if the job requires extra work or conditions are different from what was described.
  • Any additional work requested on the day will be agreed before continuing.

2. Payments

  • A deposit may be required at the time of booking.
  • The remaining balance must be paid on completion of the installation.
  • Equipment remains our property until full payment is received.

3. Installation

  • You must ensure we have access to the installation areas, WiFi, and electricity.
  • We will always try to hide cables where possible, but sometimes trunking may be required.
  • We are not responsible for issues caused by weak walls, old fixtures, or hidden obstructions.

4. Internet & Remote Viewing

  • Remote viewing requires a stable internet connection.
  • We will set up your app and remote access on installation day.
  • If your router, WiFi, or network settings change after installation, remote access may stop working.
    Support for this may be chargeable.

5. Warranty

  • All equipment has a 12-month manufacturer warranty.
  • Our installation work is guaranteed for 12 months.
  • Warranty does not cover user damage, tampering, weather damage, electrical issues, or network problems.

6. Support & Call-Outs

  • Basic support is free via phone, text, or email.
  • On-site call-outs are chargeable unless it is a warranty issue.
  • Missed appointments may incur a call-out fee.

7. CCTV Use & Legal Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for using your CCTV system legally, including displaying signs if required.
  • You must ensure your cameras do not significantly overlook neighbouring properties.
  • We are not responsible for how your footage is used.

8. Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Loss of footage
  • Crime, theft or damage occurring after installation
  • Internet or app issues outside our control
  • Any financial loss resulting from system failure

Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the work or equipment supplied.


9. Cancellations

  • Installations can be rescheduled with 48 hours’ notice.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a charge.
  • Deposits may be non-refundable if equipment has been ordered.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By booking an installation, accepting a quote, or purchasing products, you confirm that you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
